● Warranty period: the whole machine is supplied within 12 months from the arrival date; the decentralized supply is within 15 months from the date of arrival.
● Executive standard: current national standard, industrial standard, enterprise standard or relevant standards.
● Acceptance mode: factory acceptance is adopted for whole machine supply, and on-site acceptance or installation test run acceptance can be adopted for decentralized supply.
● Within the warranty period: our company is responsible for handling the equipment manufacturing quality problems within the warranty period in time for free until the user is satisfied.
● Quality management system: implement ISO9001 standard.
Service commitment
● Send technical personnel to the user unit (or design department) for technical disclosure free of charge.
● Provide accurate equipment outline drawing, installation drawing and embedded parts drawing for free.
● Timely send after-sales service personnel to the construction site for equipment installation or guidance of installation and commissioning.
● Free of charge for the user operation and maintenance personnel on-site technical training.
● During the warranty period of the equipment, the user can be provided with wearing parts free of charge. For customers with technical difficulties, employees can be sent to replace them.
● Respond immediately after receiving the user"s notice, arrive at the scene within 24 hours in the province and arrive at the scene within 48-72 hours outside the province.
● After the expiration of the warranty period, only the cost of wearing parts will be charged, and the drawings of wearing parts can be provided.
● Provide product life-long service.
